The Fourth International Symposium of Comparative Research on Major Regional Powers in Eurasia

2010-12-11 (Sat) - 2010-12-12 (Sun)

The Fourth International Symposium of Comparative Research on Major Regional Powers in Eurasia supported by Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research will be held on Saturday, December 11 and Sunday, December 12 at the Breezé Plaza in Umeda, Osaka. This symposium will be hosted by the Beyond the Contours of State Group.

In connection with the symposium, on December 10, International Training Program (ITP) Workshop for Young Researchers will be held as a pre-symposium event. Please note that both events will be held in the same building, but the venue varies depending on the day. This symposium will shed light on regional powers by examining the marginal existence such as that of minorities in regional powers, the diaspora living outside, surrounding countries, and human mobility flowing across borders.
