Sustainabilty Design Extension, #7

As an activity to promote sustainability, Osaka University will hold a ten-part series of extension seminars regarding sustainability on Wednesdays beginning from November 11, 2010. Individuals who take seven or more classes will receive a certificate of completion from Osaka University President WASHIDA Kiyokazu.

Individuals interested in participating in this seminar are cordially invited to make application to do so.


Building Sustainable Healthy Lives

The lecturers will speak about epidemiology and prevention of geriatric conditions and diseases with regard to public hygiene and the sustainability of improved health for all members of society as measured by greater life expectancy coupled with overall better health. The lecturers will also talk about solutions in terms of clinical medicine and social systems.
