"Population Characteristics and Nutrition in Vietnam" -- Cases in Ninh Binh and Thai Binh Provinces

Facing an aging society and a falling birthrate, obesity is increasing in cities in Vietnam. Thus, the focus regarding the food problem is shifting from quantity to quality.

In this seminar, recently started comprehensive nutritional care for the elderly and children in Vietnam will be introduced to be followed by a discussion about future problems.
