Osaka University Co-Creation Festival 2018: Osaka University Co-Creation Day @ EXPOCITY -- "Let's Have Fun with OU!"

2018-11-17 (Sat) 11:00 -

The Osaka University Co-creation Bureau opened in January 2018 will be holding the “Osaka University Co-Creation Festival” in Suita, Osaka over the course of two days in November in order to expand its social network with corporations, local municipalities, regional society, and the general public.

We will be holding "Osaka University Co-Creation Day @ EXPOCITY," which is intended for attendees and their families and children. The event will be held at LaLaport EXPOCITY, where over 30 diverse booths from OU will be set up. These booths will house activities ranging from making molecular models of protein, creating stained glass, and learning about genomes with microscopes, exhibits with valuable and interesting research materials on display, such as sand from the moon and glowing plants, and areas where attendees can experience folk dress and instruments from all over the world. There will also be a stamp rally for attendees to participate in while they enjoy everyday science and academia. Also on display will be a formula car built by OU students (winners of the this year's Student Formula Japan) and a robot that entered Robocon.
