6th Osaka University COI Symposium: Towards the Realization of a Self-Empowerment Society - An Actively Independent Society in Which Individuals Can Demonstrate Their Potential and Conquer Challenges on Their Own

2017-10-17 (Tue) -

This is a symposium for academic-business collaborative research selected as the COI STREAM (Center of Innovation Science and Technology based Radical Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.

For this year's 6th COI Symposium, we've invited Dr. KOMIYAMA Hiroshi (Chairman, Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc.) and Mr. NODA Yoshikazu (Mayor, Higashiosaka City) to speak with us, and following that, a presentation will be held on results of collaborative research performed at this COI Site, as well as efforts in place toward social implementation of this research and future prospects.

In addition, attendees will be able to exchange opinions and information with the researchers themselves at poster sessions, research results exhibits, and hands-on booths, as well as test out a sleep app developed for children and music automatically composed specifically for the user using artificial intelligence.

Those interested are encouraged to attend. We hope to see you there.

Please tell your friends about this event as well!
