The Global Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization (G-TEC) Program is now accepting applications! (Deadline: July 29)

Started in 2011, the G-TEC Program has been well-received by private companies, individuals related to the university, and students alike. We will be accepting applications for the 2016 G-TEC Program, the 6th class of students in this program.

G-TEC 2016 is a workshop-based, hands-on, short-term intensive course, all in English, where  participants will perform case studies on the commercialization of science and technology.

Why not try discovering potential applications for research results in stages of development at which potential use and marketability are unclear, to obtain the skills that will lead to commercialization and innovation through exercises such as drawing up plans for commercialization science technology currently being developed at OU.

*In addition to recruitment, we will also be holding an information session about this program. (See below)

If you fall into one of the following, this program may be for you!

• Researchers, technicians, and entrepreneurs who hope to commercialize their research results
• Students who wish to work in a business or run a high-tech venture in the future
• Individuals in charge of new projects, strategic planning, marketing, and technology assessment
• Individuals involved with university-industry collaboration, technology transfer, intellectual property, and research administration
• Individuals involved with venture founding/support/investment
