4th EDGE Symposium - Towards the Mutual Creation of New Societal Worth

2016-17 marks the final academic year for the Enhancing Development of Global Entrepreneur (EDGE) Program of the Ministry Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. What must be done in order for EDGE to continue to function as an ecosystem that will continue to create new societal worth? What kind of educational program effectively produces outstanding innovative human resources? Industry, bureaucracy, and academic will come together to examine the direction of the program.

Introduction of EDGE Program Role Models We will introduce cases of effective human resource cultivation in the EDGE Program. In addition to presenting imitable essence of each university, such as project content and operating finances, we will also introduce the effectiveness of implementing a portion of corporate education together with universities. |

Panel Discussion We'll discuss what kind of meaning and worth have been shown and what effects this has had in programs implemented thus far in the EDGE Program. To this end, we will hear opinions from the fields of industry, bureaucracy, and academia on what is needed and what kind of scheme is appropriate when preserving EDGE as an educational program.
