Future TalksOsaka University is promoting Academic Future Initiatives. As part of these initiatives, since April 2013, we have been holding "Osaka University Future Talks" in which individuals active in a variety of fields speak about the latest in their areas of specialization. "Osaka University Future Talks" from October 2013 through January 2014 will be held in accordance with the schedule noted below. Not only persons connected with OU, but members of the general public are also cordially invited to attend.

How to apply:

No registration is needed. There is no fee charged for attending these events. Seating is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Venue: Convention Center, Suita campus

Lecturer: NIWA Uichiro, Japanese Ambassador to China, former President and Chairman of Itochu Corporation, Specially Appointed Professor, Waseda University

In addition to the main venue for this event, the rooms noted below will be made available for viewing the lectures via closed circuit TV.
