Sign Language Class to be held!

2009-10-7 (Wed) - 2009-12-16 (Wed)

The Osaka University Disability Resource Center is planning a series of 11 classes on sign language for students who have no prior experience with or knowledge of such. Learning basic sign language can be the starting point for providing one with the ability to communicate with and touch the lives of those who use sign language, such as the hearing impaired, in their daily life. Do consider taking these classes!

  • Venue: Student Support Community Space, 2nd Floor, Student Service & Union, Toyonaka Campus
  • These classes are intended for: Students -- Applications from the first 20 students applying will be accepted (on the condition that one attend all classes).
  • Tuition charge: ¥1,200 (for text materials)
  • Time and dates: Lessons are every Wednesday, beginning from October 7 and continuing through December 16, from 10:30 to 12:30.
