Osaka University takes great pride in having produced a large number of cutting-edge research achievements and researchers and professionals of distinguished talent that have been recognized internationally as being of exceptional caliber.

In the realm of education, Osaka University firmly believes it imperative that students be equipped with the ability to flexibly adapt to the tumultuous social changes and rapid technological advancements. Osaka University is pursuing the education of its students at the undergraduate and graduate levels with the goal of instilling the three intrinsic qualities of “critical thinking, imagination, and transcultural communicability” in its students. So they can contribute to their respective academic fields from broader perspectives.
