MEXT used to accept applications for above grants. However, from 2011, the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) will deal with procedures for Grants-in-Aid for Specially Promoted Research and Grants-in-Aid for Young Scientists A & B. Therefore, please use the JSPS forms for these types of grants.
