Applications for Approval and Procedures for Changes in one's Project

To Representatives of researchers conducting research with a Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research

The ancillary conditions of Grants-in-Aid stipulates that in cases when a research representative terminates a project under Grants-in-Aid, or in cases when there is a change in the research representative, or a change, addition, or cut in research assistants associated with loss of qualification of the representative or assistant, application should be made in advance and approval obtained. Additionally, in cases when a research representative enters Osaka University in the middle of the academic year, a notice of change should be submitted immediately.

Individuals who violate these conditions may be required to forfeit their grants. Therefore, be sure to check the rules and ancillary conditions for Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research and submit any related documents immediately.
