Unique Aspects

OU Power-Up Idea Award

At Osaka University, suggestions were collected from the faculty and staff in order to improve the quality and efficiency of office work while increasing awareness among faculty and staff members that they themselves could be participants in work improvement.

Suggestions submitted were evaluated by the executive vice president as to whether or not they were positive ones with good potential over a long period, as well as whether or not they could help improve the quality and efficiency of office work. The faculty or staff member(s) who submitted the most outstanding suggestions were awarded a "OU Power-Up Idea Award." (This project was carried out from April 2015 through December 2015.)
