The 1st International Symposium on Systems Intelligence

2018-1-20 (Sat) - 2018-1-21 (Sun)

The Osaka University Open and Transdisciplinary Research Initiatives is a research institute newly established in January 2017, with the Systems Intelligence Division comprised of the former Division of Cognitive Neuroscience Robotics in the Institute for Academic Initiatives. As a kickoff symposium for the Division, we will be holding an international symposium according to the details below.

From philosophy to cognitive science, psychology, social science, neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and robotics, we aim to discuss the role of intelligence in systems in a variety of fields. We've called prominent researchers from Japan and overseas to present their research findings on these topics, with members of the Systems Intelligence Division also scheduled to present their own research results. We are also accepting poster presentations for those wishing to participate in this symposium, so we encourage those interested to participate. We hope to see you many of you there!
