This session is sure to be interesting so don't miss it!

Did you know that Japanese used to primarily eat Indica rice? When were chili peppers first used to flavor “kimchi”? Why are all types of Chinese food things that have been cooked? An author, whose book World History for the Common Citizen is all the talk in education circles, will talk about the history of Asian and Japanese livelihoods, tracking changes in foods eaten following global exchange during the “Age of Exploration” in the 16th and 17th centuries.
