ALEC Lecture "Adventure in ADR"

Recently there has been rapid progress in legislation, theory, practice, and education concerning ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution). Law schools nurturing legal professionals increasingly put an emphasis on ADR theory and practice. In such a setting, Professor Aya YAMADA, one of the leaders in ADR education in Japan, will speak about how important ADR is for legal professionals.
