4th Seminar on K Computer and University-Industry Cooperation in Drug Discovery and Development

The Graduate School of Engineering Science will hold a special educational program seminar on the K Computer [a supercomputer with a rating of over 8 "petaflops," a number termed "kei" in Japanese] and its application in industrial and commercial usage on Friday, January 25.

This seminar will introduce industrial and commercial applications of one of the world's most powerful supercomputers, the K Computer, especially, the use of the K in the discovery and development of new drugs.
