Station Café #6: Let's talk about sleeping and feelings

If you have a hard time waking up in the morning, are really sleepy in class, unable to get rid of your fatigue, have troubled sleep, but sleep well with alcohol, or sleep longer on holidays than weekdays, you may have accumulated a sleep debt.
There is a close relationship between healthy sleep and stress management. One easily notices physical disorders, but not inner feeling disorders. Attend this station café, we will offer modest prescriptions.

Speaker: MIKAMI Akira, psychiatrist, physician certified by the Japanese Society of Sleep Research
