SERU Student Survey -- deadline: Friday, February 27

SEGU学生アンケートIn order to guarantee the quality of education and promote education reform, Osaka University has become a member of the Student Experience in the Research University (SERU), the international consortium for surveying student experience at American research universities. SERU aims to understand student experience and improve education.
Thus, in cooperation with SERU, Osaka University is conducting a survey on learning outcomes for regular undergraduate and graduate students. Won't you please take a few moments to fill out the questionnaire?
Five lucky respondents will be given an iPad mini with Retina display. In addition, 100 respondents will each receive OU original book coupons worth ¥500.

Survey period: Monday December 15, 2014 ~ Friday, January 9, 2015 (The deadline has been extended to Friday, February 27, 2015.) [updated: January 23, 2015]
