2012 Icho FESTIVAL

2012-4-30 (Mon) -

The annual Icho Festival is being held on Monday, April 30 and Tuesday, May 1! While May 1 is the anniversary of Osaka University's founding, the Icho Festival also is a celebration to welcome new students to the university, and a great opportunity to strengthen friendship and ties among faculty, staff, students, and the local community.

Our program this year once again offers a wide variety of events to deepen the understanding of education and research taking place at "Handai" [Osaka University] not only for faculty, staff, and students, but also for high schoolers, local community members, and persons visiting our campuses for the first time.

We look forward to welcoming many of you to this festival.
