International College

What is International College?
International College is name for the English curriculum set up in August 2010 as part of the Project for Establishing Core Universities for Internationalization, more commonly referred to as the Global 30 program.
International College aims to increase the competitiveness of Osaka University by providing an environment that makes it easier for international students to study in Japan and receive a high quality education and, thereby, nurture personnel who can play an active role in the competitive global arena.
Degree Programs of International College
These programs are conducted in English.
- Chemistry-Biology Combined Major Program (launched in October 2010)
- Human Sciences Undergraduate Degree Program (to start in October 2011)

Entrance Examination Information
Acceptance of applications for admission in October 2011 has finished. Application Guidelines for admission in October 2012 including entrance examination subjects and schedule will be available in late July. For more information, go here.
Financial aid
Students who have achieved a superior academic record are eligible to apply for tuition fee exemption and a variety of financial aid.
Events
On Monday, October 3, 2011, the joint entrance ceremony for Undergraduate and Graduate Degree Programs in English was held at the international building of the School of Engineering Science on the Toyonaka Campus. 21 students enrolled in the undergraduate courses and 13 students in the graduate courses.
