Osaka University welcomes researchers from other countries and sends OU researchers abroad

Under the motto of "Live Locally, Grow Globally," Osaka University aims to make its faculties and graduate schools world-class facilities and, at the same time, become an internationally competitive university through exchange among researchers and joint research. This is the reason behind the steady increase in international exchange at Osaka University. Osaka University aggressively promotes international exchange in various manners such as (1) accepting international students, (2) sending undergraduate and graduate students abroad for study, (3) inviting researchers from other countries to come to Osaka University, and (4) sending faculty members overseas.
