Osaka University, Suita International Student Dormitory aims at accommodating international students studying at Osaka University and contributing to the promotion of international friendship exchanges. The Dormitory is open for unsponsored single male international students newly entering Osaka University. Please fill in the application on RRS (Residence Reservation System) here.

Walk about 15 minutes from Minami-Senri Station on the Senri Line, Hankyu Railway. Or take the Hankyu bus bound for JR Kishibe at Minami-Senri Station, and get off at Satakedai 6-chome. The dormitory is a three-minute walk to the east.

Osaka University, Niina International Dormitory

Osaka University, Niina International Dormitory is a dormitory available to single female students who are registered as regular graduate students. Information on the application for the Dormitory is available at the office of each faculty.

Nearest train station: Sakurai Station on the Minoh Line, Hankyu Railway. The dormitory is a twenty-minute walk to the north. (about 1.2km) It is about 30 minutes to the Osaka University Toyonaka Campus by bicycle.
About 90 minutes to the Osaka University Suita Campus by train or bus.
Number of Rooms Single Rooms (for female students): 12 rooms (6 rooms on 1st floor and 6 rooms on 2nd floor)
Each room is 19.80 m 2 .
Rent Fee 5,900 yen per month
The full rate is charged for any month in which a student resides for one day or more. Utility charges (electricity, gas and water) and a common facilities fee are not included in the rent and must be paid separately.
Duration of Period Specified period within the standard term of the master course or doctor course. (Normally no extension permitted.)

Osaka University International House, Toyonaka

International HouseOsaka University International House was established to provide accommodation for international researchers and international students engaged in research and education at Osaka University. Furthermore, the goal of the establishment of Osaka University International House was to promote international exchange. The Main Buildings (A and B Wings) were opened in January 1979, and the Annex (C Wing) was opened in June 1995. Osaka University International House organizes exchange meetings to promote international exchange between residents of the House and members of the local community, such as support groups and volunteers. Furthermore, local volunteer groups organize events for residents of Osaka University International House: Welcome Party for new residents, Summer Dance Festival, kimono-party, Christmas Party, and Hinamatsuri Festival. In addition, cultural activities like Ikebana [flower arrangement] classes, tea ceremony classes and Japanese language classes (beginners, intermediate, advanced) are organized.

Osaka University International House is located on the Toyonaka Campus of Osaka University. The House can be reached by the following forms of public transportation.
Take the Hankyu Takarazuka Line and get off at Ishibashi Station. Walk 20 minutes uphill to the east. Or, take the Subway (Midosuji Line) bound for Senri-Chuo. From Senri-Chuo Station, change to the Osaka Monorail bound for Osaka Airport, and get off at Shibahara Station. Osaka University International House is about 10 minutes to the North on foot.
