Report on employment exam contents

Deadline for submission: Please submit immediately after the exam results have been announced.
Submit to: Educational Affairs Division of your school or graduate school (students of Schools of Science, Engineering, Engineering Science--please submit to your departmental office)

Report on discrimination in employment search

Deadline for submission: Please submit if you encounter discrimination in your employment search. 

Submit to: Submit or mail to the chief of Career Support Division, Department of Student Affairs.

System for Publishing Employment Decisions

Deadline for submission: After your steps after graduation have been decided. *All students must inform the university before graduation (or completion of studies).

Submit to: Enter your information on the System for Publishing Employment Decisions of Employment category on KOAN.
For type of industry and job title, please refer to the Industrial Classification or (Industrial Classification in English) and Occupation Classification (Occupation Classification in English).

*Students who cannot enter their information via KOAN are required to fill out one of the following forms and submit it to the employment staff at your school or graduate school (students of Schools of Science, Engineering, Engineering Science -- please submit to your departmental office.) 

Career Support Materials

To help students to develop career, the Career Support Materials Corners are set up at the Science and Engineering Library on the Suita campus, the Main Library on the Toyonaka campus, and the International Studies Library on the Minoh campus.

Books about career view and job hunting books and other career support materials are available. Please make use of them.
