New Scholarship for in-coming undergraduates

A new scholarship, beginning from the 2011-2012 school year, has been announced for in-coming undergraduate students who (1) passed the early entrance exams for general screening, who (2) achieved an excellent score on those exams, and who (3) meet specified family financial criteria.
