Obtaining Undergraduate Application Materials for Special Examinations and English Entrance Examinations and Programs

How to obtain application materials for (1) admission by recommendation, (2) screening of graduates (including repatriates) of overseas schools whose mother/father is a repatriate from China, (3) screening of students joining the International Physics Olympiad as representatives of Japan, and (4) Special English Entrance Examinations and Programs (updated on November 1, 2011)


Document request by mail 

  1. Application Materials for admission by recommendation (Application materials are now available.)
    Applicants are requested to send the Admission Division of Department of Student Affairs (address: Educational Affairs Division of School of Engineering Sciences, 1-3 Machikaneyama-cho, Toyonaka, Osaka 560-8531 Japan), an envelope with "Request for Application Materials for admission by recommendation" written in red on the front and your name, address, and postal code on the back. Enclose a self-addressed, 33.2 cm x 24.0 cm envelope with 140 yen's worth of postage stamps affixed.
  2. Application Materials for screening of graduates (including repatriates) of overseas schools whose mother/father is a repatriate from China  (Application materials are now available.)
    Applicants are requested to send the School of Foreign Studies (address: School of Foreign Studies, 8-1-1 Aomatani-higashi, Minoh, 562-8558 Japan), an envelope with "Request for Application Materials for screening for students whose mother/father is a repatriate from China" written in red on the front and your name, address, and postal code on the back. Enclose a self-addressed, 33.2 cm x 24.0 cm envelope with 390 yen's worth of postage stamps affixed
  3. Application Materials for screening of students joining the International Physics Olympiad as representatives of Japan (Application materials are now available.)
    Applicants are requested to send the Student Affairs Division of the School of Science (address: 1-1 Machikaneyama-cho, Toyonaka, Osaka, 560-0043 Japan), an envelope with "Request for Application Materials for screening of students joining the International Physics Olympiad as a representative of Japan" written in red on the front and your name, address, and postal code on the back. Enclose a self-addressed, 33.2 cm x 24.0 cm envelope with 580 yen's worth of postage stamps affixed.
