2. Application requirements

(1) All Applicants

All applicants, as early as possible before applying, please contact the Office of Educational Affairs at the School of Foreign Studies concerning your application qualifications. Applicants will be informed of the necessary documents beforehand. Applications must be made to the Educational Affairs Office, School of Foreign Studies. (Tel: 81-72-730-5069)
In addition, those who fit category 4 ("Those who have a certificate certifying that they have academic ability equivalent to a graduate of upper secondary school.") are also required to follow the procedures outlined below in #2.

(2) Applicants fitting category 4 of eligibility (Individualized Qualification Examination)

Individuals fitting category 4 of eligibility are required to take a separate examination. Please apply to the Admissions Division, Department of Student Affairs.

Application deadline: 5:00 p.m., December 7, 2011 -- applications by postal mail must be received by this date.

Applicants will be informed of the documents necessary for application beforehand. Applications must be made to Admission Division, Department of Student Affairs

Please note that only possessing academic qualifications equal to or above those of high school graduate (partial qualification) does not qualify one for admissions. Be sure to also follow the instructions outlined in #1 (All Applicants) above.
