Making a reservation

Reservations should be made 3 months in advance of the date(s) you intend to use the facility.

Steps for making a reservation

  1. Check the availability of a room(s)
    If a room(s) is available, fill out the application form --at the bottom of this page-- and submit it to the General Affairs Division.
  2. Confirmation of your reservation
    You will be informed as to the approval of your application by return mail. If your application is approved, a request form will be attached to the mail.
  3. Submission of the request form
    Submit the request form by mail within two weeks prior to the day of use.
  4. Issuance of permit
    The General Affairs Division will send you a form with written permission three days prior the day of use.
  5. Payment of usage fee
    Please pay the fee upon arrival at the facility. Make sure you bring the permit with you.

Important

If you want cancel your reservation or change the number of users after receiving the permit, please contact the General Affairs Division by phone.
