Hiruzen Seminar House

Osaka University has Osaka University Hiruzen Seminar House on the Hiruzen Highlands as a welfare facility. There you'll be able to enjoy the natural beauty of the changing seasons. In a fair weather, you can also enjoy grilled beef or lamb outside.

The Hiruzen Seminar House is located in a lovely natural setting and can be used throughout the year. Moreover, there are many sports facilities in the neighborhood. It is hoped many OU members will make use of this facility for sightseeing and recreation with their families or groups.

Please note that the Hiruzen Seminar House is closed on:

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and New Year's Holidays (December 29 ~ January 3)

Note: Overnight stays are not possible on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. However, overnight stays may be possible during Golden Week and Obon.

Capacity for overnight lodging: 17

• 6-mat room: 3 units, 2 persons/room
• 10-mat room: 2 units, 4 persons/room

• 8-mat room: 1 unit, 3 persons/room

Access:

921-3 Kamifukuda, Hiruzen, Maniwa, Okayama (about 5 minutes from the Hiruzen Interchange on the Yonago Expressway)

• Getting to the seminar house from the Suita Interchange on the Chugoku Expressway takes about 2 hours 40 minutes.
• The Hiruzen Seminar House is about 5 minutes by car from the Hiruzen Interchange on the Yonago Expressway.
