The official logo and banner designs for 80th Anniversary Commemorative Events have been decided in motifs of the school emblem. The logo was designed as a festival flag of auspicious red and white. The banner evokes the image of a fluttering festival streamer. The logos will be used wherever appropriate in promoting events associated with the 80th Anniversary celebrations. Likewise, banners for events will be put up around the three campuses.

1. Anniversary decorations and banners
2. University publications (including the university's web pages)
3. Materials such as university stationery and envelopes
4. Administration, faculty, and staff presentations and articles for publication
   
5. Business cards of university administration and staff
   
6. Other uses deemed appropriate
   

III. Making use of the above designs:

Except for business cards, intended uses of the above designs must be submitted to the General Affairs Division, Department of General Affairs. Please remember that how these designs are used will reflect upon the image of the university.

IV. Please apply to use the above designs as follows:

• Faculty members should apply on an individual basis.
• Other staff members should apply on a department or division basis.
• Others may be permitted after making application.
